So we install part of the job with you, teach you the method on your own openings, and hand the rest over. You keep the labour saving without carrying the risk on every window.

How many windows do you install before handing over?
Usually one or two, which is enough to see the whole method start to finish. We agree it before we begin.
What tools do I need?
A level, shims, a caulk gun, low-expansion foam and a drill cover most of it. We will tell you exactly what to have ready.
What if I damage a window fitting it?
Tell us straight away. Damage during your own install is not covered by the product warranty, but we can usually source a replacement sash faster than a full reorder.
Is this cheaper than a full install?
Yes, meaningfully — you are buying a fraction of the labour. Whether it is worth it depends on how much of the work you genuinely want to do.
